Refund policy

If your order did not arrive or was damaged due to shipping we will replace or refund your order. Please contact us through our "Contact" page.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your seeds, corn for home grinding or our service please contact us through our "Contact" page for refund or replacement.

We do business only within the United States.

We will accept returns for both defective and non-defective products or can do exchanges. 

We accept new or slightly used products within 90 days of purchase.

This can be done by U.S. mail or if locally at a drop-off location. If mailing it is the customer responsibility to generate a mailing label.

 

There are no restocking fees and no cost to the customer as mailing costs will be refunded.

 

Refund processing time will be 15 or less days.
