Appaloosa Bean seeds

Appaloosa Beans. A North American variety that is typically a bush but can be a semi-runner that is primarily used as a shelled dry bean but when immature can be eaten fresh. Appaloosa beans are often used in salads or in chilis because they tend to keep their shape or they can be used as a substitute for Pinto as refried beans. I grew these in my “wild garden” that’s located on an organic farm but I can’t call these “organic” because they are not on the farmer’s crop manifest that was turned in for certification.
