Bloody Butcher Corn. This is a red, with black hues, dent corn that has large ear length and girth and long growing season.  It has been grown in the United States since circa the 1840s and thus, is the longest known heirloom line variety I have. It can be ground for corn meal, fermented for beer, or used as decorations. Bloody Butcher is a big corn, with plants reaching 10-12 feet in height and with some ears 7 feet off the ground.
