Cranberry Bean seeds

Cranberry Bean. An apparent New World plant that made its way to Europe and became a favorite in Italy by the name of Borlotti.  This is typically a bush variety primarily used as a shelled dry bean but immature beans can be eaten fresh. Cranberry beans tend to lose their beautiful color when cooked. These beans were grown in my “wild garden” that’s located on an organic farm but I can’t call these “organic” because they are not on the farmer’s crop manifest that was turned in for certification but I can call them “chemically free.” 50 seeds (+10%). $2.98/packet (sales tax included in price).
