2.5 (or slightly more) pounds of “chemically free” yellow field corn for home grinding. $3.79 (sales tax included) + $14.50 shipping. This corn was grown from an organic hybrid seed on an organic farm, however because it was on a field “buffer strip” between a neighbor’s field (that grew soybeans last year), it can’t be certified as organic. I handpicked and hand shelled the corn this past late fall and winter to select the best kernels for home grinding. This grain has been stored in food-safe containers since it was shelled. The shipping costs are from here to the various coasts, your cost may be slightly less and any excess postage will be included in the shipment to you. Sales tax is included in the price.
