Corn for Home Grinding, 2 1/2 Pounds, Montana Morado Maize corn

We have small standard amounts for home-grinding of a unique corn that is high in antioxidants and produces a light purple colored meal. It is called Montana Morado Maize and was developed by plant breeder Dave Christensen who lives in Montana. Our organic growing seed of this corn for 2023 was obtained from a large garden seed company located in the Northeast United States. Our 0.9 of an acre of this corn was handpicked and hand shelled this past fall and early winter to select for the best kernels for home grinding. This grain has been stored in food-safe containers since it was shelled.
